Terra Peak was my first foray into renovations of this level (they removed a load-bearing wall for me) and although you can rarely say this about renovations, it was an absolute pleasure. Their professionalism started early with timely responses to my emails requesting information on the cost of the job and it continued as they (and their sub-contractors) showed up when promised did the work that was promised (and then some) and did it all to the highest of standards.
I never had any concerns when working with Brendan as things got done and got done properly. He did an excellent job of communicating with me, organizing the other contractors, and working really hard when he was in my home. If I have a renovation project in the future Terra Peak will be my one and only call.
