Cobs Bread called on Terra-Peak Contracting to manage a variety of needs: a reconfiguration of the their head office – adding a conference room and building additional portioned walls; to renovate a long standing location up to current brand standards; and to fully build out a new location from scratch. All three job sites required well managed cost controls and coordination of suppliers to execute tight time constraints.

Framing/Forming Contractor
Tim Hortons Store Front
Terra-Peak Contracting served as the framing and forming contractor for the construction of a Tim Hortons location. Our scope of work included forming and pouring the foundation, as well as completing the structural framing of the building. This ensured a solid foundation and framework, providing a stable base for the Tim Hortons facility’s future development.

Dynamic Local Studio
Terra-Peak acted as the general contractor for a local design agency, overseeing the transformation of a raw office shell into a modern design studio. The project involved space planning, remodeling, and installing contemporary finishes, including flexible workspaces and collaborative areas. The goal was to create a functional and inspiring environment that reflects the agency’s creative identity and supports innovation.

Smiling Hearts Yoga & Fitness
Terra-Peak Contracting acted as the general contractor and finishing carpenter for a local fitness and yoga studio, converting a raw office shell into a gym and yoga studio. The scope included framing new walls, installing trims, doors, and finishing details, and creating a flexible, functional space for fitness and wellness activities.

Smith Plywood approached Terra-Peak Contracting to enhance their facility and make it more functional for their business needs. We expanded their space by adding a new cutting room, a front till area, a new paint floor, and a lunchroom, all designed to improve workflow and efficiency.

GLF Environmental Group engaged Terra-Peak Contracting to renovate their employee change room, safety area, and lunchroom, improving the space’s functionality for their staff. We also added a new exterior door to provide separate access for warehouse staff, creating a clear distinction between the office and warehouse areas.
